What are your Shipping Charges?

Shipping Charges on Chemmanur are very nominal and vary from product to product.. Before accepting your payment, we clearly state the shipping charges levied on the product.

What about other taxes and levies like sales tax, octroi etc.?

All item prices on Chemmanur are inclusive of taxes (wherever applicable), and hence you need not add anything to the price of the item to account for sales tax.Some states in India however have additional levies like octroi. These are additional and need to be borne by you, wherever applicable.

What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Chemmanur?

All products are dispatched from our own Warehouse. Hence, we take atmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility of the item being damaged during transit.If an item ordered by you on Chemmanur is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at in for a replacement as soon as possible of receipt of the product. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will guide you accordingly.

What should I do if my Order is not delivered in 7 days?

We normally dispatch all our products in 7 working days. However, there can be instances of delay due to unavoidable circumstances. We value your time and hence do not want you to follow up with us for your product. We shall proactively intimate you via email to your email id stated at the time of registration for all deliveries that are delayed with an expected date of dispatch.

What should I do if I get something else instead of my Order?

All the products of Chemmanur are dispatched from our own warehouse. We check the product and then dispatch to our customer. Therefore, the possibility of receiving a wrong product is next to zero. However, if you have still received an incorrect product, please inform us at the earliest.

How can I cancel my Order?

Chemmanur reserves all rights for Order Cancellation. We can cancel an order only if the product is not dispatched from our warehouse. We shall charge our customers a nominal fee of Rs 25 for every product in an order cancelled irrespective of the value of the order. If you have ordered for 5 products in an order and want to cancel the whole order, we shall charge a cancellation fee of Rs 125 (Rs 25 per product for 5 products). Do you deliver to locations outside India?

We currently do not deliver to any location outside India. We intend to do this in the future. However, that would be once export restrictions are different. In the interim period till we start international deliveries, if you have liked a product and want it delivered to you outside India, Please email us at We shall definitely try to assist you. Shipping Charges for international deliveries shall be levied extra.

Can I ship the Order I bought to Multiple Addresses?

Yes. You can. If you want to ship different products of the same order to different people, you can do this on Chemmanur. You need not place multiple orders.
